Delivery Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia only and do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders can be delivered to addresses in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak, including residential and business addresses.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
 - Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
 - During peak periods (e.g., sales campaigns, festive seasons), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
 
Shipping Duration
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
 - Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
 - Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather disruptions, or public holidays.
 
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery address.
 - Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns and will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout if applicable.
 
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- The courier service used
 - Tracking number
 - A tracking link to monitor your delivery status
 
Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to be updated in the courier’s system.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times if no recipient is available during the initial attempt.
 - If the delivery fails after the maximum attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.
 
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period:
- Check the tracking link for the latest status.
 - Ensure the delivery address provided is correct.
 - If there are issues, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist in resolving the issue with our courier partner.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item:
- Please take clear photos of the parcel and product condition immediately upon receiving.
 - Contact us within 3 days of delivery at gsolutiont62@gmail.com with your order number and supporting images.
 - We will review and guide you through the next steps, including potential replacement or refund arrangements, based on our return policy.
 
Self-Pickup
Currently, we do not offer self-pickup for online orders. All orders will be delivered using our appointed courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
