Return Policy

At G SOLUTION TECH, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, please review our return policy below to understand your options.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.
  • For IT gadgets, the product must not have any software activated or registered to the user.
  • Products marked as non-returnable (e.g., clearance items, certain software licenses, or personalized items) are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Software products that have been opened, activated, or digitally delivered.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
  • Items not purchased directly from G SOLUTION TECH (e.g., third-party sellers).
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional bundle items unless defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Email gsolutiont62@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue and packaging
    • A brief description of the problem
  3. We will evaluate the case and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on product inspection and stock availability.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at gsolutiont62@gmail.com to request a return authorization before shipping the product back.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the item back using a traceable courier service.
  5. Share the tracking number with us for monitoring.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), G SOLUTION TECH will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
